Shipping & Delivery
UK Shipping — £5 Flat Rate
All orders are shipped via DPD or Royal Mail tracked services from our UK studio.
We aim to deliver within 2–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary during launches, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking details are provided once your order leaves our studio.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please allow additional processing time during new drop releases due to high demand.
International Shipping
International shipping will launch at a later date.
Returns & Exchanges
Each Grind & Grip piece is designed, hand-checked, and packaged to the highest standard.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags, packaging, and labels remain attached
- The item is returned in the exact condition received
- Returns are at the customer’s cost
- Proof of return and valid tracking are supplied
Once received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding the original delivery charge.
Faulty or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days at support@grindandgrip.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description.
Grind & Grip reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Minor variations in finish or texture are part of the design and not considered faults.
